With the routine pulled from day to day, it is natural for people to become increasingly stressed and have interpersonal coffins as a result. However, physical exercises can be great allies in combating these tensions.  This is because when the person practicing physical exercises, it is releasing various substances into the bloodstream that increase the feeling of well being and pleasure. The main one is endorphins, the natural substance produced by the brain during and after exercise. Endorphin is considered a natural painkiller, reducing stress and anxiety, and relieving tensions that can provoke conflicts.

Further Explanation:

Intrapersonal Conflicts occur within a person. The individual’s experiences take place in an individual’s mind. It is a kind of conflict that is “psychological” and that involves values, emotions, principles, and thoughts.

It is a conflict between “should” and “want”. “Should” is constantly driven by an individual’s religious beliefs, upbringing, values, etc. On the other hand, “wants” are driven by the “environment” which attracts individuals to indulge overlooking “should”.

Conflicts take place when an individual needs to take any “kind” of decision, whether it is important or unimportant. “Simple decisions” such as buying something or “complex decisions” like money or marriage. Every time when an individual makes a decision, he weighs between “should” and “want” on us which is based on an individual’s decision.
