Answer and explanation:

To determine number if DVDs that can be bought for $20, we simply check price per DVD then calculate how many $20 can buy

Number of DVDs that can be rented for no more than $20

=$20 divided by cost of each DVD $3.50

=20/3.50

=5.714

=5 DVDs

We round down because 0.714 DVD does not qualify as one DVD
