so you'd do 10x8

10x8=80.

The answer for that question would be 80 yards

After you find the 80 of the square, multiply 8 x 8 to find the area of the triangle.

That's 64 but you have to divide that by 2 which is 32.

Add 80 and 32 to find the total area of both shapes.
