Answer:

              Allopatric speciation occur due to various environmental factors with in the environment.

Explanation:

                      Speciation occur when two population become so genetically different and the can not interbred to produce fertile off spring. The allopatric speciation occur when population become sepret and diverge over time due to natural selection,genetic drift,and mutation.Genetic drift is the sudden loss of gene from a population which cause the population evolvation. Mutation is also change in the genetic makeup of an individual.Natural selection is the phenomena selected by nature and natural forces are involve to select the trait in a living organism.

Scientists recently identified the function of three proteins in plants. The proteins regulate the production of fatty acids, wh
aleksandrvk [35]
Cells use a complex assembly of molecules called a ribosome. This is how proteins are produced.

Plants are a renewable resource. Plants can be used repeatedly and easily, and naturally, replaced.

The energy yield from a gram of fatty acids is approximately 9 kcal (37 kJ)

When a plant is low on sugar, a cascade of molecular interactions degrades a protein called WRINKLED1 that turns on fatty acid synthesis is how plants produce oil- One cause is when you compare plants grown under strong nutrient deficiency with normal fertilized plants!

List 3 examples of a selectively permeable material or item. Explain where it is found or used and why a selectively permeable i
FromTheMoon [43]
Answer;
Examples of selectively permeable materials or items are;
1. Vacuum filter- it traps dust but allows air through
2. Coffee filter- allows water to pass through, but does not allow the coffee grounds.
3. Colander -used to strain liquid food from foods. it drains water but is not permeable to larger food particles.

Explanation;
Selective permeability means that a material or a substance allows the passage of some molecules or ions and other materials to pass through it, and inhibits the passage of others.
For example a cell membrane is semi-permeable and thus regulates the transport of materials such that some particles pass through while others can not cross. A semi-permeable membrane allows selective movement of materials, it acts like a filter that allows particles to pass or not according to their size, solubility, electrical charge, or other chemical and physical properties.

A plant is homozygous for flower color. Its flowers are pink.
Mashutka [201]

The correct answer is A. Flower color is a recessive trait.

The recessive gene does not show its effect in heterozygous condition according to Mendel’s law of dominance. Thus, in heterozygous condition, dominant gene determines the phenotype for a trait. In this question a plant is homozygous for flower color. This indicates that pink flower determining gene can only be expressed in homozygous condition. Therefore, flower color is a recessive trait.
