Go for a realistic goal, something you know you can achieve, raise it more and more until you find the peak of your mental and emotional health.
Personally I have not but I’ve practiced! And if I came across to a situation that a person needs cpr I would do the assessment, size up the scene, tap shout tap, call 911, check pulse and watch the chest rise and if it doesn’t rise the start the cpr, call someone near to grab an aed if necessary and available to you. And since I’m certified I would definitely be up to the task
The doctor would say that the person has Influenza depending on what symptoms the person has it could be influenza (A) or influenza (B). Hope that this helps.
