Answer: Only the top left relation is a function.
Discussion:
In the other 3 relations, a vertical line drawn through their graphs intersects the graph in more than 1 point (meaning they aren't functions)

25= 1.50x+4
Subtract 4
21= 1.50x
Divide by 1.50
X=14 rides or less
The upside down u (intersection) just wants us to find what the two sets have in common....
which is 4 and 6
Y=10x+20
10x because the price is $10 a class
+20 because it costs $20 for the monthly subscription
Let x be the brick portion of the wall
Since x is 2/3 of the wall
Then x= (2/3)(2 3/4)
x= 11/6 = 1 5/6
So the brick portion of the wall is 1 5/6 feet
Note: that's not 15/6, it's a mixed fraction which is 1 + 5/6.. just to let you know
