Find the slope=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

m=(0-3)/(0--1/2)

m=-3/(1/2)

m=-3(2/1)

m=-6 so

y=-6x+b, since we have (0,0)

0=-6(0)+b

0=0+b

0=b

y=-6x
