During The Great Depression the axis power wasn't a thing yet. Hitler was trying to bring Germany back from its economic crisis with the burden of the GD, while Mussolini was taking control of Italy, and Japan... was being  Japan and stating a ruckus in the Pacific.

Every Country has distinct symbols that makes their country unique. For example on the American flag there are 50 stars representing 50 states. Whereas Great Britain flag has stripes with different colors that represent different things(like bravery, honesty, and justice). They aren't the same objects used in Great Britain. However the U.S. and Great Britain trade so some of the objects are similar. But the objects pertaining to nationality isn't similar to Great Britain and its objects pertaining to nationality.
