Physics, and natural science in general, is a reasonable enterprise based on valid experimental evidence, criticism, and rational discussion. It provides us with knowledge of the physical world, and it is experiment that provides the evidence that grounds this knowledge. Experiment plays many roles in science. One of its important roles is to test theories and to provide the basis for scientific knowledge.[1] It can also call for a new theory, either by showing that an accepted theory is incorrect, or by exhibiting a new phenomenon that is in need of explanation. Experiment can provide hints toward the structure or mathematical form of a theory and it can provide evidence for the existence of the entities involved in our theories. Finally, it may also have a life of its own, independent of theory. Scientists may investigate a phenomenon just because it looks interesting. Such experiments may provide evidence for a future theory to explain.

Which leader would most likely have made the statement "the soviet people want a clear perspective unconditional democracy glasn
alex41 [277]

Answer:

the people should have more say in their government and it should work for the benefit of the people

Explanation:

Glasnost is a Russian terms to describe Government's transparency in their action. If we combine this with the desire for unconditional democracy, we can determine that the Author is a supporter for the abolishment of communism in Soviet Union .

At that time, the people in soviet Union basically have no power in limiting the type of actions/legislation that passed by the government.  They were expected to be completely obedient to their government, and all media information was extremely censored by the authority. Because of this, they were forced to believe on things that the government wanted them to believe.

The author despised all of these things. He/she wanted the people to have more say in the government and gained most of the power in society. Establishing democracy is one of the best way to do it since it force the government to work for the benefit of the people or they would be discarded from their position.
