Ward and Brewster created a house to provide the poor with medical care in Manhattan. Obviously the way to provide this medical care has changed during all these years taking into account the materials that are used such as latex instead of leather and giving the chance to our new generations of nurses to attend specialized schools in order to receive a degree.
