You would say
"Hey dude i can't really come tonight i have alot of garbage to get done tonight"
They might say "aw really come on man it will be fun"
Then you should say "Sorry dude im serious, Ill get back to you next time; Don't worry"

I personaly would just fall out say no! If my friends try to convince me to go I'll still tell them no bc I'm drinking and I don't want anything to happen.
