The statement included above is true.
The Federal Reserve is the US Central Bank. Its functions consist on controlling the money supply in order to soften recession periods, to maintain acceptable levels of inflation (price levels) and to ensure maximum employment figures.
The Federal Reserve is independent of the US goverment, its decisions do not need to be ratified by the President. This enables that the decisions taken are only triggered by economic aims and incentives, and there are no temptations, from the side of the goverment politicians, to use the mechanisms of the money supply to achieve short-term political or electoral goals. Money supply should be managed taking into account long-term economic objectives. Its independency from the goverment also makes it easier to approve policies than are unpopular but economically benefitial in the long-run, as afterwards, its Board of Directors will not be punished by the electorate.
However, the Federal Reserve works under the surveillance of the Congress.
The State of the Union address requires the president to update the congress on what is going on in the country.
Congress is the constitutional organ that exercises, at the federal level, the functions of the legislative power, namely, to draft / approve laws and supervise the State.
Females or daughters and daughter-in-laws are most likely the "kin-keepers" in families, in addition to spousal caregivers.
An individual who cares for a person who has short- or long-term limits due to disease, accident, or disability is known as a caregiver.
Even though they spend almost all of their time with their significant other, spousal caregivers frequently describe feeling extremely alone in their roles. The change in the nature of the relationship from lover to nurse is frequently to blame. You two are no longer partners.
In the US, spouses can typically be paid to provide care. In fifteen U.S. states, as of June 2019, there are assistance programmes that let a spouse (and adult children) get reimbursed for caring for a family member. The beneficiary of these programmes is given the freedom to select the personal care provider of their choice.

Answer:
Currently, I am homeschooled, but I used to go to a public school. What my old school used to do was that they would hang art projects across the walls of the school and have teachers hang up their favorite student drawlings on there personal locker (which all the students could see). Also if during a rainy day (for recess), They would pass around coloring boxes to each one of us, if we had already not picked an activity. Also, we had a lot of funding for our art department in which students could go in and sign up after school (I was one of them).
Hope this helps! :)
