Answer:

( 4,3) Answer by using any method you choose such as elumination or substitution but today  I would rather use elimination so multiply 3 on both sides of the first equation dont rewrite it you should have now: 9x+6Y=54 Now multiply the Bottom equation by 2 you should now have: 8x-6Y=14 the rewrite again put 9x+6Y=54 on top and 8x-6Y=14 on the bottom -6 and positive 6 is marked out now 9x+8X is then all you have to do is add 9x+8x and 14 +54 you get 17x=68 then divide x=4 then u have to substitute the X value to the equation 4x-4y=7 then y=3

answer ( 4,3) step by step explaination: solve by using any method u want shush as substitution or elimination but I'm going for elimination so multiply 3 on both sides of the first equation no rewrite it u should now have 9X+6Y=54 now multiply the Bottom equation by 2 you should have 8X-6Y=14 the rewrite again put 9X+6Y=54 on top and 8X-6Y=14 on the bottom -6 and positive 6 is cancelled now 9X+8X is then all u have to do is add 9X+8X and 14 +54 you get 17X=68 then divide X=4 then u have to substitute the X value to the equation 4X-4Y=7 then Y=3

Given that lines a and b are parallel, angles 1 and 5 are congruent because they are corresponding angles, and angles 1 and 4 ar
tiny-mole [99]

Answer:

Transitive Property of Congruency; If parallel lines have a transversal, then alternate interior angles are congruent.

The Transitive Property of Congruency:

If 2 angles are congruent to a third angle, then they are congruent to each other. So, since angles 4 and 5 are both congruent to angle 1, they are congruent to each other.

Angles 4 and 5 are alternate interior angles. Therefore, if parallel lines have a transversal, alternate interior angles are congruent.
