Measles was basically wiped out in the past with the use of vaccines. Why are diseases like measles coming back?

Basically there is Lesser people are being vaccinated so more people who can’t be vaccinated due to weakness or allergies are getting sick too and now the diseases are getting revived like last years measles outbreaks
