Antitrust laws generally promote (or encourage, make possible, increase support, etc) competition - they work against establishing monopolies
Patents limit (decrease, make impossible, etc,) competition - they establish a monopoly on a certain good or service.
At First, they did not killed the Jews. They force them into into some sort of worker Camp and forced them into Labor. But During The war, somehow the Nazis decided to kill as many Jews as Possible in the death camp ( usually by forcing them to enter a deathly poisonous Gas Chamber)
