Human resources can utilize natural resources in a good way and can help in the economical development of a country. They can also utilize the financial resources as they know how to invest finance in order to get profit for development of the country. Without well development human resources, natural resources and financial resources will not be utilized properly for the development of country. Hence, there is a great importance of the human resources.
