Find the length of a line segment ---
Pie

%  (a,b)
&C&(~ -3 &,& 1~)

CD=\sqrt{[5-(-3)]^2+[6-1]^2}\implies CD=\sqrt{(5+3)^2+(6-1)^2}

CD=\sqrt{8^2+5^2}\implies CD=\sqrt{64+25}\implies CD=\sqrt{89}

How do I know if a positive integer is even based on its prime factorization?
faust18 [17]

To know if it's even based on it's prime factorization, check to see if it is a multiple of 2. If it is, it is an even number. If it is not, it is an odd number.
