0.85 x 60 = 51.

He answered 51 questions correctly.

I know because a percent is out of a hundred, and if he got 60, he got a hundred percent.

cupoosta [38]
X=1 and y=4. first I did
3x+2y=11
y=5x-1
and 3x+2(5x-1)=11
=3x+10x-2=11
=13x-2=11
cancel 2 out
13x=13
x=1. then simply add x in the original y equation,
y=5x-1
y=5(1)-1
y=5-1
y=4.
check your work
3(1)+2(4)=11
4=5(1)-1
again X=1 AND Y=4
Hope this helped

3 more than 5 times the number of dogs in algebraic expression
Zinaida [17]
3+5x or 5x+3, because when it is 3 more, it is saying add 3, and when it is saying 5 times, it is saying multiply by 5, so your expression would be 5x+3

ILL GIVE BRAINLEST, find the value of x.
yarga [219]

Answer:

x⁰ = 45⁰

Step-by-step explanation:

As it is given that the 2 sides of a triangle are equal, then it is an isosceles triangle.

Now, by applying the Triangle Sum Property,

x⁰ + 90⁰ + 45⁰ = 180⁰

x⁰ = 180⁰ - 135⁰

x⁰ = 45⁰

Elenna [48]
Yes all the water will fit and more because to find a volume of an object you multiple the height x length x width and in this case when all of it is calculated the base could hold 800 cm3 of water
