Why do economists study the perfectly competitive model?
GuDViN [60]

Answer:

D. All of the above.

Explanation:

Their are many reasons why economists study the perfect competition model but we will focus on the options given and it is certified that all of them are the reason for this. Because it is used as a benchmark to compare with other market structures etc.

Firms can enter and leave the market without any restrictions , therefore, there is free entry and exit into and out of the market.

A perfectly competitive firm is known to be a price taker because the pressure of competing firms forces them to accept the prevailing equilibrium price in the market. If a firm in a perfectly competitive market raises the price of its product by so much as a penny, it will lose all of its sales to competitors.

Petrarch's letter MOST LIKELY reflects the ideals of humanism.

Explanation:

Petrarch was a poet and scholar who pave the way of the Renaissance with his humanistic philosophy. He is also regarded as one of the father of contemporary Italian.

As a priest Petrarch was eligible for ecclesial posts, which promoted his belief in antiquity. He has also been able to seek lost classical texts as a diplomatic ambassador to the vatican. Petrarch gathered a good collection of such texts during his lives, which he then legacy to Venice in return for a house to shelter the pestilence.

Petrarch continued to admire the past and protest against shortcomings of his own day as he learned as much about the high middle ages. While Petrarch believed he existed "in varying and confounding winds," he hoped that civilization would again reach the heights of past achievements. His philosophy became recognized as humanism and formed a link between the Medieval period and the Renaissance.

Describe how brahmanism (vedic religion) evolved into hinduism during this era. what factors contributed to this development?
ddd [48]

Brahmanism is a religion of transition between the Vedic religion (completed around the 6th century BC) and the Hindu religion (which began around the third century AD).

According to other authors, Brahmanism (or Brahmanical religion) is the same as Vedicism (or Vedic religion).

Maybe since the 4th century BC C. began to know the Upanishad, which were stories (written by Brahmins) where a Brahmin teacher taught his disciple about a unique God who was superior to the Vedic gods. They preferred meditation to opulent animal sacrifices and the ritual consumption of the soma psychotropic drug.

The Brahmins became the sole repositories of knowledge about the unique Brahman (the formless Divine, generator of all gods). There were no longer Chatrías who had spiritual knowledge, but had to become disciples of a Brahmin at some point in their lives.

From the third century or II a. C. they began to recite everywhere the extensive poems Majábharata and Ramaiana as well as the doctrinal treatises (agamas) of the different dárshanas (religious schools) that constitute a body of knowledge that has endured throughout history and has more than 280 million faithful.
