Most of the time, the information needed for diagnosis are gotten through physical examination or from the patient medical history.

In most cases, after the diagnosis,the first thing the patient will be curious about, is to have a detailed explanation on the illness or disease. This is because, that is the primary aim why he/she seeks medical attention.

The patient will like to know the type of illness present in his/her body, what likely to be the cause and its effect in his/her body.
