y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)

First, We need to Calculate the slope:
m = (y₂ - y₁) / (x₂ - x₁)
m = (2 - 1) / (-3-2)
m = 1/-5
m = -1/5

Take any one of them: Let's take (-3, 2) as our coordinate:
