Here's a few things I'm gonna add to their answer:

Color spectrum: violet (shorter wavelength) has more energy than red (longer wavelength)

Shorter wavelengths contain more energy, and they're more dangerous

(Ultra violet and gamma rays are shorter, infrared, x-rays, and radio waves are longer)

Ultraviolet rays cause skin cancer (mutation in skin cells that causes them to replicate indefinitely), so they are powerful and dangerous

Radio waves are harmless
