Answer:

x=-1/3 or x = -3/2

Step-by-step explanation:

6x²+11x+3=0

divide through by 6

x² +11x/6 + 3/6 =0

collect like terms that is those with x should be left on one side nd the one without x should be on the other side

x² +11x/6 = -1/2

add the square of the half of the co efficient of B i.e 11x/6 to both sides

(x+11/12)² = 121/144 -1/2

(x+11/12)² = 121-72/144

square root of both sides

x+11/12 =+or - √49/144

x= -11/12 ± 7/12

x= -1/3 or x= -3/2

6. If you spun the spinner below, what are the odds that you will spin an
denis23 [38]

If you mean that is a 4 digit number then here is your answer.

Answer:

1:1

Step-by-step explanation:

So there is 1000 to 9999. That includes 9999-999= 9000 numbers. Since each number it is either a odd number or an even number, we can say that it is 1:1 There would be 4500 odd and 4500 even numbers. Every even number is followed by an odd number. for example: 1000-1001 1002-1003 1004-1005

so on so you would get to the point that you get to 9998-9999

Hope it helped you!

Square ABCD was translated using the rule (x, y) → (x – 4, y + 15) to form A'B'C'D'. What are the coordinates of point D in the
Vitek1552 [10]

Answer:

D = (13, - 23 )

Step-by-step explanation:

Given the translation rule

(x, y ) → (x - 4, y + 15 )

To go in the reverse direction, that is image to original, then, reverse the operations in the translation rule.

(x , y ) → (x + 4, y - 15 ) , thus

D'(9, - 8 ) → D(9 + 4, - 8 - 15 ) → D(13, - 23 )
