Fossils are used to find relative age and are used by scientists to examine past life, also they are less abundant. fossil fuels are renewable, used to make inergy in power plants, and when they are used for combustion, they release lot of carbon dioxide <span />

Because fossil fuels are like dead plants, coal, oil  that have been in the ground for a while that can be used for gasoline, and other things. while fossils are like prehistoric animals, and historic discoveries like bones
