Foreigners are getting employed rather than individuals in that specific country. There are many educators so the employment vacancies for educators are very few.Too many individuals might be studying for education and there might not many job vacancies in that area.

There can be many reasons the three are explained below:

- The area where a person is applying may not have sufficient job openings for people holding a degree in education. There may be not enough educational jobs in the area/region

- It may also be, because the number of job openings to the ratio of people applying for the job is less that may result in more people holding a degree in education and less jobs

- Many educational organizations are hiring foreigners that as a result leaves out the locals which also may be one of the reasons
