There will be no civil case because Vince does not bring it against Carl. Carl can still go to jail if the government brings action against it.

EXPLANATION

A legal case is a condition where there is a dispute between the opposing parties. The dispute can be solved in court, by some legal process. The legal case can either be criminal or civil law. In a normal legal case, usually, there are one or more defendants and one or more accusers.

A legal case is not only for opposing parties. Both parties can not be opposing parties but still file a legal case. Usually, it is to establish some legal facts. For example, when two people are getting a divorce, it does not mean that they are opposing parties. They just want a legal fact that they are no longer married to each other.

A criminal case is a common thing in law jurisdictions. The criminal case will begin when the person suspected of a crime is charged by the government. The government officials that can give charge to the suspected person are prosecutor and district attorney.

A defendant in a criminal case can do a plea bargain. This is where the defendant pleads guilty in order to lessen the charge that is given to them. For example, if the defendant is charged with 3 years in prison, the defendant can do a plea bargain to lessen the time in jail.

What is a physiological factor that could lead to differences in perception?
Andreas93 [3]

Explanation:   Perception is a subjective experience of an event, as well as an active process in which a sense of an experienced event develops, interpreted on the basis of sensory information, and this information determines how we experienced a particular event, people or ourselves. How we will experience an event etc, is influenced by many factors and also physiological.

The physiological factor, which therefore influences perception, and also the differences in perception, is a factor that originates from the physiological state and which affects how we receive sensory information. If one is satiated he will experience differently than one who is hungry, a beggar who begs for some food. So, for example, the menstrual cycle also affects perception, biological cycles, our body temperature, then general health, physical fitness, etc. The physiological factor is therefore related to the state of the body and has a great influence on the way of thinking, i.e perception. A change in thinking happens because a physiological factor affects changes in the brain.
