Jaxson is a serial joiner. He joins a group and is really active for a while, forming close friendships and participating in act

Need to belong is the feeling of having strong and close connection with others which is stable and lasting.These relationships tend to stay for long time.It can be belonging to school's group, co-worker team, athletic community etc.

According to the situation mentioned in question, Jaxson is most probably not satisfying the belongingness need.As he is involved in forming relations , participation in activity etc but not for long duration.He changed his group after he got bored from the first one.This shows that he is not satisfying need to belong in any group.
