You are interested in becoming more physically fit, but you find yourself making excuses to get out of jogging most afternoons.

2. Try different activities to find something you enjoy more
3. Jog alone so you can end the workout early if you get bored
4. Fill your schedule with other activities so you don't have time to jog
You are clearly not getting any benefit or enjoyment out of jogging as you keep making excuses to not go, therefore the best course of action to improve your interest in completing some physical activity would be to try something else until you find something your enjoy doing and would be willing to engage with.
I know one is to get tested. Another could be to use protection that could prevent that kind of stuff. Then if you're already infected, you should tell your partner. And if you do sleep with your partner while infected, tell them to get tested.
