I recently scraped the overhang at a fast food resterant causing damage that appeared very minor while driving a Uhaul rented my an appliance shop that i work for for under the table (paid cash). I was out of town doing a delivery. uhaul will not cover me since i am only 17. who is liable myself or employer?
