So, in one of your questions that got deleted, you asked how o get a guy. So I'm here to help :)

HIIIIIIIII! So if you wanna get a guy first, you have to make sure you know you two are compatible. if you two have nothing in common, don't go for it too quickly. Also keep in mind, is he someone you've known for a while or is he new. Also, keep in mind how he treats you because you can't really change someone. ANYWAY. Start hanging around them more. Try to get into the same things he likes (without changing who you are. If you change who you are for a guy he's not worth it.) Randomly say hi to him or compliment him. Like say you like his shirt or you like his shoes- something along those lines. Really important, be yourself. If he doesn't love you for you, then you don't really have him. If he's in love with some other version of you- that isn't you! So let me say this. There's someone out there who is going to love you as you are. If it isn't this guy, you've only proved that he's not him. You're only going to get closer to finding the right guy, Don't give up! If you need more help, just talk to me in the comments!

The notion that the recency effect reflects an advantage that the final list items have in being recalled from short-term memory
Maurinko [17]

Answer:

Short term memory - Recency effect - last items in a list

Long term memory - Primacy effect - first items in a list

Explanation:

Recency effect is the one that is related with the short term memory that is why people normally remember the last items in a list easily. On the other hand, the primacy effect is responsible of the long term memory due to the huge effort that people put when they start the exercise knowing that it would be necessary to repeat the items later on.

If people believe their rights are being violated, they have the right to a fair and impartial hearing. This reflects the basic
olga2289 [7]

Answer:

i'd go with due process

Explanation:

The reason for this is that an impartial hearing doesn't have much to do with lifetime employment, free consent, or freedom of conscience. Then from privacy and due process, we can see that due process makes more sense because if their rights are being violated and they have an impartial hearing, this doesn't necessarily represent privacy (:

Sergeu [11.5K]

What Yolanda did wrong was start her speech without thanking being selected as the winner.

The thank-you speech is a type of text in which two parts must be included, which are:

 • The gratitude: It is the initial part of the thank you speech, in this part a thank you is directed to the person or institution that gave you the merit or the award that you are receiving. For example, Yolanda should have thanked the school for selecting her as the best actress.

 • The message: This part of the speech should include a reflective message about the fact for which she/he is being decorated and her/his experience with this result. For example, in this case, Yolanda can emphasize the hard process that she had to go through to do well with the character that she corresponded to in the play or other reflective messages.
