I know somebody said the definition of dominant but if you are referring to a dominant gene (I assume so because the subjects says biology), then it is an allele that produces the same phenotype where its paired allele is identical or different.

Different steps of the oxidative decarboxylation of pyruvate by the pyruvate dehydrogenase pdh complex are given by placing them in the order as followed.

What is Oxidative decarboxylation?

The Oxidative decarboxylation reactions are oxidation reactions wherein a carboxylate institution is removed, forming carbon dioxide. They regularly arise in organic systems: there are numerous examples withinside the citric acid cycle. This sort of response probable began out early on the starting place of life.

 1. Pyruvate reacts with TPP and is decarboxylated, forming hydroxyethyl-TPP.
 2. The lipoamide arm movements to the energetic E underline three in which the decreased lipoamide is oxidized through FAD, forming the energetic lipoamide and triangle down ADH2 .
 3. ADH_ is reoxidized to FAD, lowering NAD to NADH.every so often known as thiamine.
 4. The acetyl lipoamide arm of E_ movements to the energetic of E_ , in which the acetyl institution is transferred to CoA forming acetyl-CoA and the decreased shape of lipoamide.

Epimysium Select one: a. surrounds individual muscles. b. separates muscle fibers. c. connects muscles to bone. d. is a type of
sweet-ann [11.9K]

Answer:

a. surrounds individual muscles.

Explanation:

Individual muscle fibers have layers of connective tissue surrounding them. Epimysium, perimysium, and endomysium are the three layers of connective tissue that extend from the fascia and protect the muscle fibers. Epimysium is the outer most layer of connective tissue of individual muscle fiber. It encircles the entire muscle. Epimysium consists of dense irregular connective tissue. It serves to separate the muscle fibers from the other types of tissues present in the area to facilitate their independent movement.

How do photosynthesis and cellular respiration interact to cycle matter through an ecosystem
Lisa [10]

Explanation:

Photosynthesis captures carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and converts it to biomass. This is why forests are referred to as great carbon sinks because they remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and incorporate it in the biosphere.

Cellular respiration, on the other hand, converts the carbon captured in the biosphere into carbon dioxide that is released into the atmosphere. Cellular respiration usually 'burns' glucose into carbon dioxide.

These two processes work antagonistically and cycle carbon matter through the biosphere and atmosphere.
