Answer:

7 is the answer

Step-by-step explanation:

For Lucia you would add 5 each month for Lucia, Maria you would multiply by 1.4 every month. For example:

Lucia : Month1: 11                             Maria: Month1: 6

Lucia :Month2: 16                            Maria: Month2: 8.4

Lucia Month3: 21                             Maria: Month3: 11.76

Lucia Month4: 26                            Maria: Month4: 16.46

Lucia month5: 31                             Maria: Month5: 23.05

Lucia Month6: 36                            Maria: Month6: 32.27

Lucia Month7: 41                              Maria: Month7: 45.18

All you have to do is add 5 for every month and for Maria just multiply by 1.4 every month.

The Answer is the 7th month.

Solve equation<br> 7+3x-12x=3x+1
inysia [295]
7+3x-12x=3x+1
We will first make all the numbers which have x in go to the left.
So 7+3x-12x-3x, we make the 3x negative since to make it move it needs to change.
Then we will make all the sevens go to the right, so 3x-12x-3x=1-7.
So now it is much easier to figure out.
