Answer:

experimental group

Explanation:

In scientific experiments, an experimental group can be described as a group which is under study. In this group, an independent and dependent variable is present. An independent variable can be described as the factor which changes either naturally or which is being changed by the researcher. What is probability, and how is it used with Punnett squares to predict the outcomes of genetic crosses?
weeeeeb [17]

Answer:

Probability is the chance that a given event will occur. The principle of probability allows us to predict the possible combinations of phenotypes in a genetic cross by using a diagram called Punnett squares. This diagram represents alleles and gives us the genetic variations formed during a cross. For example, a flower has one dominant allele for a blue color, which is represented by capital T, and one recessive allele for a pink color, which is represented by small t. When this flower is crossed with another flowering plant with the same type of alleles, which is Tt, the combinations produced for their offspring includes TT, Tt, tT, and tt.

Which organs perform both mechanical digestion and chemical digestion of food?
kotykmax [81]

Answer: Mouth.

Explanation:

The mouth is known to be performing both the tasks of chemical digestion and mechanical digestion.

The food is ingested through mouth and the teeth perform the process of mechanical digestion by breaking down the food particles into smaller particles.

Then the saliva gets mixed into the food and the enzymes(amylase) present in the saliva helps in the digestion of carbohydrates.

So, mouth is the organ that performs the process of both mechanical and chemical digestion.
