Well, first you'll need to turn all of the fractions into decimals. You do this by diving the numbers by eachother.

So,
7/12 = .58333

3/4 =  .75
2/3 = .66666666......7
5/6 = .83333333
2/4 = .5

Now, you have to figure out which decimal is smaller then .58333. By, looking at these decimals, you'll see that 2/4 is less then 7/12.
I hope this helps!

Olin [163]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

6< 3x + 9

-3x < 9-6

-3x < 3 .( -1 )

3x > 3

x > 3/3

x > 3

3x + 9 ≤ 18

3x ≤ 18-9

3x ≤ 9

x ≤ 9/3

x ≤  3

S = {XeIR/ 3 > x  ≤ 3 }
