Well, first you'll need to turn all of the fractions into decimals. You do this by diving the numbers by eachother.

So,
7/12 = .58333

3/4 =  .75
2/3 = .66666666......7
5/6 = .83333333
2/4 = .5

Now, you have to figure out which decimal is smaller then .58333. By, looking at these decimals, you'll see that 2/4 is less then 7/12.
