According to the question, a common finding in markedly obese and pregnant women is: lordosis.

Many pregnant women tend to have back pain and have a protruding buttock and belly, which are signs of lordosis and also being extremely overweight or obesity can also cause lordosis.

Further Explanation

Lordosis refers to the natural curve of your lower back area of the spine. The curve is normal but becomes abnormal if it arches too far inward. When the curve is extreme, it will cause the lower back to have a deep curve and it will result in pain, the abdomen will stick out and the pelvis will curve back and up.

Lordosis can affect individual neck and lower back. This will put up too much pressure on the spine. It can affect individual ability to movement from one place to another.

However, there are common symptoms of lordosis, they are:

Muscle pain is the most common symptoms of lordosis, when the spines curves too much, the muscles becomes unstable; it is pulled in different directions and this can make the muscles to be tighten. Other common symptoms of lordosis include tingling, numbness, weakness and difficulties in maintaining muscle control.

Although, lordosis doesn’t result in major health problems but it’s necessary for everyone to maintain healthy spine.
