The similarities between Great Britain and Japan are they are both Island country. They are both involved in wars against the United States but as of now, they are friends with the United States. They are also have something in common in their constitution they are both constitutional monarchy.
Like all the various countries all over the world, Rome has its own system of government, which was represented with different form, as republic, dictatorship, Monarchy and Oligarchy. Among the four forms given before, the first in order is the Monarchy, the second is Oligarchy, the third form was republic and at last the dictatorship.
