Answer:

$46,900 cash is available for distribution to the partners

Explanation:

The computation of the distribution of cash is shown below:

= Everett capital credit balance + Ramona capital credit balance - Miguel  capital credit balance

= $53,300 + $39,800 - $46,200

= $46,900

We simply added the credit balances and deduct the debit balance for calculation of the cash distribution to the partners

Once a customer has committed to a partnership, less work is needed to maintain the relationship.
alex41 [277]
The answer to the given statement above is false, it is because even if a person has entered a partnership, it does not mean less work and effort should be done to maintain the relationship because having no effort in maintaining this relationship could only cause the bond to diminish and destroy. It is best to have an equal amount of work done in order to maintain a relationship with the partner.

A landlord entered into a 10-year lease of a building with an auctioneer, who planned to use the building itself for a storage a
ArbitrLikvidat [17]

Answer:

$2,000

Explanation:

Usually, the landlord is required to notify the tenant if he/she plans to sell the property, but regardless of who owns the property (the original landlord or  a new landlord), the contract terms are valid and must be honored by both the current landlord and the tenant.

The new owner immediately became the new landlord and he/she assumed all the responsibilities stated in the lease contract. Since the lease contract stated that the "lessor (landlord) agreed to maintain all structures on the property in good repair", the new landlord must pay for any necessary repairs.

Using this formula

Net income = Dividends + (Capital budget ×Equity)

Let plug in the formula

Net Income=$400,000+($850,000×65%)

Net Income=$400,000+$552,500

Net Income=$952,500

Therefore how much net income must it earn to meet its capital budgeting requirements and pay the dividend dividend, all while keeping its capital structure in balance is $952,500
