They introduce something new to the community by fundraising projects like cake sales, concerts, cleaning local parks, etc... They focus on things they can actually do, and do it, like being good at work, raising children in a good way, staying healthy. They set a goal and create their own luck in it, moving higher and higher each and every day to make their goals come true.
All these look easy to everyone, but they certainly make a community grow.
