It will also help you reduce ypur chances of developing several diseases in the near future. If you don't work out you can get diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer, and also cardiovascular dieases. There is more but those are soms, so exercising/fitness will benefit you and your body. So it's best to do fitness to not have a chnace of getting any diseases. A regular activity like running can improve your quality of life.
