From the picture if I had to choose I would think the answer would be the first one A because the others just don’t quite add up to be mental/emotional health. and by using talents to achieve your goals that boosts the mental/emotional health because your achieving something which would make you feel good and youre using your skills that you know how to do and that’s like using your mental health because the way your thinking maybe? Just a guess I hope this helps.

Answer:

Depression, anxiety, stress, poor body image, grief, loss, a major change in your life such as becoming a new parent can all affect your mental and emotional health and day to day living. Sometimes it is hard to know if what you are experiencing is depression or sadness, worry or anxiety. Sadness and anxiety are normal emotions that help alert us to, protect us from, and cause us to act. This is healthy! What is unhealthy is when these feelings become excessive, irrational, ongoing, distressing or interfere with daily life. Depression, anxiety, stress, grief can be managed using interventions and strategies such as cognitive behavior therapy, relaxation, mindfulness and 'talk' therapy. If you are aware you are not functioning as you normally do, you know something is worrying you, this is the time to learn more about what is happening to you and perhaps seek help.

Leuk/o refers to white color, and the other two options do not refer to colors at all.

How does the increase in the estrogen level correspond to the thickness of the uterine lining
pishuonlain [190]
Each month most females will release an egg into their ovaries. The FSH or (follicle stimulating hormone) eggs will be begin to grow and mature inside the ovary. When the egg is ready to be released the luteinizing hormone or LH will finally reach the peak level. With the high hormone levels, the egg will burst through the follicle. This sets off a reaction to the hormone estrogen which in turn makes the uterus lining thicker. The lining sets itself up to protect the egg and nourish the egg if it is fertilzed. If the egg doesn't get fertilized, the uterine lining will decrease and shed. This is when a woman gets her menstrual cycle. So the increase in the estrogen is what makes the thickness of the uterine lining.
