23rd Amendment gives residents of Washington DC the right to vote in the Electoral College.
Answer:
1) workers incomes went down
2) many farmers lost their land
3) the demand for food dropped so the farmers suffered
4) many workers couldn't make the mortgage payments on their farms
They attempted to make it cheaper and left out some deductions, in order to have the privilege and the pleasure of paying at least a small income tax.
