Monounsaturated fat and polyunsaturated fats, are healthy fats. Some good examples of monounsaturated fats are whole avocados, almonds, olive oil, and whole milk products. Walnuts, sunflower oil, chicken, pork, and salmon are some examples of polyunsaturated fats.
