Do you think our Criminal Justice system is more re-integrative or stigmatizing ? Why? Someone help and don’t give a false answer

Definitely stigmatizing! we often embarrass convicted felons: this results in shaming often offenders that will most likely result in them repeating offenses / future crimes.
