Answer:

A number which can be written in the form of \frac{p}{q} , q≠0 , is called a rational number.There are two kinds of rational number

(a)Terminating Decimal--0.5,0.25,0.225,

(b)Non Terminating Repeating Decimal--0.55555555...., 0.658658658......

0.53=\frac{53}{100} is a rational number.

So, you can add any decimal to 0.53, such that after adding the number , the resulting number either terminates or it should be Non Terminating Repeating Decimal.

For example: →0.53 +0.10=0.63

→ 0.53 +0.00535353......=0.53535353.......

What is a fraction between -3/4 and -1/3
Yuki888 [10]

let's firstly convert both fractions with the same denominator, by simply <u>multiplying each fraction by the other's denominator</u>, let's proceed.

\bf -\cfrac{3}{4}\cdot \cfrac{3}{3}\implies \boxed{-\cfrac{9}{12}}~\hfill -\cfrac{1}{3}\cdot \cfrac{4}{4}\implies \boxed{-\cfrac{4}{12}} \\\\[-0.35em] ~\dotfill\\\\ \boxed{-\cfrac{9}{12}}~~,~~\stackrel{-\frac{2}{3}}{-\cfrac{8}{12}}~~,~~-\cfrac{7}{12}~~,~~\stackrel{-\frac{1}{2}}{-\cfrac{6}{12}}~~,~~-\cfrac{5}{12}~~,~~\boxed{-\cfrac{4}{12}}

Answer:

x + 6, y - 4

Step-by-step explanation:

The original image would be the blue triangle, so you need to see how many units it takes to get to the red triangle.

Let's focus on R and R'.

You need to move 6 units to the right, and 4 units down to get from R to R'.

It would then be the same for the other two points.
