What happened?: The Battle of Golden Hill was a battle between the British and Americans where Liberty Poles were planted and sawed down.  Things were being burnt and everything was extremley violent.

Why did it happen?: The British cut down the last Liberty Pole that the Americans had put up

Explanation:

These aren't too specific since the slides didn't really answer and gave details about the events. I also never personally learned about the Golden Battle when I was in my American Revolution Unit either so this is the best I can come up with and I hope it helped. If you have anymore slides descirbing the Golden Battle and the events before it tho, I can maybe add more.
