So you want to learn the Russian Sleep Experiment?

You must not really know what you're going to encounter...

Very well then.

(Through rumor...) The Russian sleep experiment was an experiment in which these drugs were tested to allow Soldiers to go longer times without sleep even without days of sleep they can keep fighting in tip top efficiency. However, they needed real meat to test this theory... The meat was some poor prisoners or soldiers selected to be part of this "Special" assignment. They will be provided shelter, food, and water. But they must stay awake for several days. They were administered in a gas-like form. So the participants stayed awake for a couple of days. No biggie. They were fine.

But this is when stuff gets weird...

The scientists wanted to test the absolute limit. They sent them on a few weeks, a couple of problems. They're solved. Then they wanted a whole month with no sleep. As the days passed, the participants begged to sleep, there was screaming. Horrible screaming from within their chambers. Then soon it was silent. A scientist suggested to go in with a team of soldiers. What they found? Was some visceral sights. All but one man was dead (I think I remember) He wanted more of the anti-sleep gas.

Whatever this experiment was. It was far scarier than even I thought it was going to be.
