However, keeping confidential can be stressful and harmful to health, but there are some people who choose to keep secrets because they want the pleasure of that information just for themselves. We can conclude that all people keep secrets that they do not want to reveal to anyone, this is normal and we should not force anyone to tell what they want to hide.
