Answer:

the government.

Explanation:

Basically when the market doesn't supply something for the public, the government ends up supplying it. For example, our road systems are not built by private companies acting on their own, but they are built by the government's decisions using tax money.

Answer:

The government

Explanation:

Since the market has no incentive to build roads, sewer systems and railroads to the extent that is necessary for people, then the government is responsible for building such things. This ensures that people are able to have these services in order to live full lives. It also contributes to the growth of the economy, and of foreign investment.

The correct answer is
people must constantly fight enemies.

He explains that all people are equal in mind and body and this equality enables them to fight other people when they want something that belongs to them. If they were unequal then weaker would not fight the stronger but would run. This is why according to him there should be a strong leader who is prepared to fight others who would attack the country.

Of the following sources, where might you expect to find biased information?
snow_lady [41]
While you didn't provide any possible sources, we can expect that biased information would be found when you would look for information from people who are involved in the situation that is being discussed. Imagine a soldier from Germany discussing his viewpoint of World War II. He would most likely give you a biased account. At least, when compared to a postwar historical analysis of that same situation.

Why was antietam a signifigant defeat to the confederate states of africa
Naily [24]
The South was speaking to Britain and France and was asking for military aid against the North and basically they said "Hey win a strategic battle on Northern land and we will help you." Well after the South didnt win the battle because in all terms the Battle of Antietam was more a draw then a loss for either side but because it wasnt an outright victory both the British and French retracted their offer of aid.
