I would say that the best thing it to do your duties well: your supervisor likely has another supervisor that they need to report to and they will be stressed if you don't do your job and they have to report it to their supervisor. They might be angry or dissappointed in you and this will be bad for your relationship.

Definitely, If the patient will not give the right answer, then the medicine of treatment suggested by a physician would go wrong. It would not work on a specific disease, but by taking that, it may cause infection or some other problems in the body. Medicine could react worse it may cause death too if the problem is serious.

If the physician asks a patient that in which part of the body do you feel pain if the patient feels pain in stomach and he will tell the doctor, that he feels pain in the back. Then definitely doctor will give him a back treatment plan, which would, of course, bring no change in relief of pain or it may go wrong too.
