Length and width of another rectangular field with the same perimeter but larger area is:
Length 100 meters ; Width: 80 meters

perimeter = 2 (length + width)

perimeter = 2 (105 + 75)                      ;    2 (100 + 80)
perimeter = 2 (180)                              ;    2 (180)
perimeter = 360 m                                ;    360 m

Area = length x width
Area = 105 x 75                                    ;  100 x 80
Area = 7,875 m²                                    ; 8,000 m²

Why do we Sample instead of looking at the entire population if we understand that a Sample is not the true representative of th
BaLLatris [955]

Answer:

e. All of the reasons are correct.

Step-by-step explanation:

In most cases, studying all the population is impossible. In other cases, it is too expensive or time consuming.

A sample will give us, in most cases and combined with tools of statistical analysis (hypothesis testing or confidence intervals), enough information to make an unbiased estimation about the characteristic of the population we are studying.

MrRa [10]

Answer:

Option (2). None

Step-by-step explanation:

A quadrilateral ABCD has been given with a property,

m∠7 = m∠4

Option (1). AB║ DC

For AB║DC, angle 7 and angle 3 should measure the same.

(By the property of alternate angles)

Therefore, by the given property we can not deduce AB║DC.

Option (3). AD║BC

For AD║BC, angle 7 and angle 3 must be equal in measure.

(By the property of alternate angles)

Therefore, by the given property we can not deduce AD║DC

Option (2). None will be the answer.
