Answer:

Option B

Explanation:

What is split-Ticketing voting, this is when a voter of a party votes for another party member or candidate in the same ballot, Thereby causing a vote for two candidate in the same ballot. it actually complicates the voting system in terms of counting and causes division in the party because technically, that vote would have counted for your party member. So Split Voting causes partisan division in a party, it basically signify that someone supports both parties causing a division in loyalty.

Angelina_Jolie [31]

The authors imply that the "first group of initiatives" would primarily take both positive and negative factors into account throughout, without rejection.

Explanation:

The first group of initiatives is seen as a group of initiatives that tries to deal with downsides of having a figure like GDP by attempting to try to fix the indicators of GDP from the base. The key objective these group of measures include is the act of accounting for the environmental damage and the sustainability associated with the given GDP growth.

It puts forward that the consequence of the economic growth and other forms of modernization need to be acknowledged while needing to retain the features and benefits that come with the GDP. Thus, the positive and negative factors needing to be taken into account while keeping in mind not to reject any.

Why did the Spartans place so much stress on military service?
Over [174]

Answer:

There are few reasons why so here are some of them,

They were afraid that the helots might someday rebel, so Sparta made the government force all boys and men to fight in war.

Sparta wanted to make sure that they weren't going to lose any war. Also to make their people tough and strong for wars, because they didn't want anything bad to happen to their slaves.

So that can know that their military is much stringer, and they will not have to use as many people as other countries.

true/false: this period of rebuilding the south is considered a failure in American history because it did not finish the job of
EleoNora [17]
The Reconstruction Era (1865-1877) would be considered a failure because it fails to protect the rights of newly freed slaves. Even though the 13th (which gets rid of slavery), 14th amendment (states that people born in the US are automatically citizens), and 15th amendment (government can not stop a person from voting based on race) are passed in hopes of helping these citizens, southern states find ways to ensure that African-Americans do not have the rights promised to them by the federal government.

A perfect example of this would be the creation of the Ku Klux Klan. This organization of white supremacist use terror and physical violence to prevent African-Americans from voting. Law enforcement officials in the south often let this group cause physical harm to African-Americans without punishing them. Another example of this would be the creation of literacy tests and poll taxes. These obstacles made it more difficult for African-Americans to vote in elections. As you can see, the Reconstruction era truly failed to protect and help African-Americans.
